摘要 肝内胆管细胞癌(ICC)发生于二级胆管以上的末梢侧肝内小胆管,起自肝内胆管上皮细胞。ICC生物学特性复杂,误诊率高,诊断主要依据影像学手段。正电子发射计算机体层显像(PET-CT)是将PET设备和CT设备融为一体的同时具备形态学和功能学诊断的尖端影像设备。肿瘤诊断已成为PET-CT临床应用的主要内容。因此详细研究PET-CT在ICC诊断中的应用价值,将会提高ICC的诊断率。现将PET-CT在ICC诊断中的应用做以综述。
