摘要
与精神文化、制度文化、活动文化并列的环境文化同样是学校教育的重要组成部分。在致力于创建学校的环境文化时,应该特别关注学校成员对环境的主动作用、尤其是与环境的主动对话。在这一领域,可利用"文化作品"(包括环境建设的规划、具体布置和相应的物化作品)作为运思平台,解决作品内容静态化、作品内涵表浅化、作品意义平庸化等问题,在人与环境的对话中敞现出生命成长的"教育美"。为此,可发动学校成员整体规划和运用环境、开发环境文化资源、主动开展文化活动来促成人与环境的对话。
Environmental culture,which exists side by side with spiritual culture,institutional culture and activity culture,is an important component of school culture.In the creation of environmental culture,special attention should be paid to the school members' initiative dialogue with the environment.In this filed,cultural works such as the planning,decoration and materialized works can be utilized to analyze the problems such as the quiescence,superficiality and mediocrity of the environment.In order to solve those problems,school members should participate the overall planning and utilizing of the environment and make dialogues with it through planned cultural activities.
