Mechanical and Chemical Finishing of Mercerized and Singed Knits

本文对烧毛丝光针织品的机械整理与化学整理工艺进行了探讨。针对该针织品的特点,着重分析了丝光与整理的关系,比较了不同机械整理设备的特点与效果,在大量试验的基础上,做出了一定的结论。通过对不同化学助剂的筛选、拼混试验,认为有机硅弹性体与其他柔软剂混合使用,作为烧毛丝光针织品整理剂比较适宜,同时也指出了该整理剂的不足之处。

In this paper, the relation between mercerizing and mechanical finishing is analyed, the performance and effect of various mechanical-finishing ranges are compared, and certain conclusions are drawn from quantities of experiments. After sifting and matching/mixing test of various chemicals, the mixture of organosilicon elastomer and other softness is considered as a suitable finishing agent for mercerized and singed fabric.Its weakness is pointed out as well.
