The Ideological Critique of Controlling the Nature

"控制自然"的意识形态认为自然是人类的奴仆。在启蒙理性的主导下,控制自然的权力和理性的知识是同义词,科学知识的目的是为了控制自然,并达到进一步控制人的企图,控制自然成了一种与权力相纠结的意识形态。控制自然的意识形态是导致环境和生态问题的一个重要原因,值得我们反思和批判。

The ideology of ＂Controlling the nature＂ holds that the nature is a servant of human being. Under the auspices of the Enlightenment rationality, the power of ＂Controlling the nature＂ and rational knowledge are synonymous. The purpose of scientific knowledge is to control nature, and furthermore, to control the human being. Thus, the ideology of ＂Controlling the nature＂ becomes an ideology which relative to the power. This ideology is one of the key reasons of the environmental and ecological problems. In this case, we are supposed to pay attention to the reflection and criticism of the ideology.
