随着国家烟草行业改革的不断深入,烟草行业培训也从培训内容、培训形式、培训资源、培训队伍等方面逐步转变。行业培训工作是提高员工素质的基础,也是实现卷烟上水平的重要保障。从当前烟草企业培训重视程度、培训形式和内容、培训队伍、培训效果评估和激励机制等问题出发,提出了解决问题的相应对策,为中国烟草企业教育培训提出一些思路。

With the deepening of the reform of national tobacco industry,tobacco industry training from the training content,training,training resources,training team,progressively change.Industry training work is to improve staff quality foundation,but also the realization of cigarette quality guarantee.From the current tobacco enterprise training emphasis,training forms and contents,the training team,training effectiveness evaluation and incentive mechanism problem to set out,put forward corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem,for Chinese tobacco enterprises put forward some ideas of education and training.
