To carry out the cooperative between colleges and enterprises,exploring actively the win-win model of schools and businesses is the key to sustainable development of higher vocational colleges and the basic requirement of developing connotation.According to the characteristics for vocational training,analyzing the connotation on school-enterprise cooperation,discussing the foundation about the cooperation of the practice,making forward the path to build of colleges-enterprise cooperation.
