摘要
目的探讨复发性角膜上皮脱落的治疗方法及效果。方法对有眼外伤的12例（12眼）复发性角膜上皮脱落的临床资料进行分析，按病情和治疗效果分为3组：药物治疗，结合清除不正常上皮及戴治疗性软性角膜接触镜。结果药物治愈1例；药物治疗联合清除不正常上皮治愈8例；药物治疗结合清除不正常上皮及戴治疗性软性角膜接触镜治愈3例。结论复发性角膜上皮脱落的诊断与合理治疗是防止复发的关键。
Objective To investigate the methods and efficiency of treatmemt for recurrent epithelial ablasion. Methods 12 cases （12 eyes） were divided into three groups by degree and treatmemt efficacy, according to the analysis of them. They were treated by drugtherapy, mechanical denuding of the loose corneal epithelium and wearing therapeutic soft contact lenses. Results 1 case was cured by drugtherapy. 8 cases were cured by drugtherapy and mechanical denuding of the loose corneal epithelium, and 3 cases were cured by drugtherapy, mechanical denuding of the loose corneal epithelium and wearing therapeutic soft contact lenses. Conclusion Diagnosis and appropriate therapy of recurrent epithelial ablasion were the keys to prevent recurrent.
