摘要
从成形砂轮磨齿机的磨削原理出发,分析了齿形误差和齿向误差与磨削过程的关系,进而提出将成形砂轮磨齿机分为两个部分,运用多体系统理论分别建立了其几何误差模型,并进行了简化。并针对秦川YK73200成形砂轮磨齿机,提出一种综合误差补偿方案。
According to the grinding principle of gear form-grinding machine, the relationship between the tooth error and longitudinal form error with the grinding process was analyzed. Then the geometrical error models of the gear form-grinding machine which was divided into two parts were built based on multi-body system theory and they were simplified. Aiming at Qinchuan YK73200 gear form-grinding machine, a comprehensive error compensation scheme was proposed.
