摘要
设计电液比例阀控制非对称油缸模拟钻井平台升沉运动的实验系统,建立阀控缸的动态方程并用Matlab进行仿真。设计测控系统并采用PID和死区P控制相结合的方法控制比例阀,有效减小了死区对控制精度的影响。实验结果表明,该模拟系统可实现较高精度的位移跟踪。
The simulation system of electro-hydraulic proportional valve-control asymmetric cylinder for heave motion of drilling platform was designed. According to mathematic models, the simulation was carried out by using Matlab software. The measure and control system was designed and the influence Of nonlinear dead band of electro-hydraulic proportional valve was decreased efficiently by using PID control algorithm and dead band P control. The testing data show that the simulation system can realize precise displacement tracking.
