The structure of outflow valve control system for aircraft and the BIT technology classification were introduced. In accordance with the functions of the control system, it was divided into four modules, including the core digital circuit, the serial communication interface, the inputs channel and the output channel. Based on analyzing the fault characteristic of each module, BIT design methods were described.
