摘要
为了解天津地区伪狂犬病病毒TJ-1株的生物学特性,对该病毒进行了理化特性、免疫荧光、细胞培养特性和动物接种试验。结果表明,TJ-1毒株对乙醚、氯仿和胰蛋白酶均敏感;病毒在pH 5.0~8.0时比较稳定,在56℃下60min可被灭活;在PK-15、BHK-21和Marc-145细胞上均可生长,但呈现不同的细胞病变;在感染的PK-15细胞胞浆内可见绿色荧光;接种鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜可见白色的痘斑;人工感染家兔后,可引起家兔出现典型瘙痒症状并死亡。
In order to study the biological characteristics of pseudorabies virus TJ-1 strain,the physical and chemical characteristics test,immunofluorescence test,cell culture and animal inoculation test were performed.The results showed that TJ-1 strain was sensitive to ethyl ether,chloroform and trypsin;it was relatively stable between pH 5.0 to pH 8.0 and could be inactivated after incubated 60 min in 56 ℃;TJ-1 strain could grow in PK-15,BHK-21 and Marc-145 cells,but the CPE were different in the three kinds of cells;in immunofluorescence test,green fluorescence was observed in the cytosolic of PK-15 cell which was inoculated with TJ-1 strain;after virus inoculation,white pox spots were observed on chick chorioallantoic membrane,and rabbits showed typical syndrome then dead.
