摘要 目的探讨弹性髓内钉治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效。方法我院收治锁骨Allman分类Ⅰ型粉碎骨折11例患者,采用微创、透视下闭合复位、弹性髓内钉内固定治疗。结果随访5~16个月,平均8个月,11例锁骨骨折均骨性愈合、局部无痛、肩关节无痛、活动功能良好。结论髓内固定是锁骨生物力学上最好的选择,弹性髓内钉其冰球杆头样设计可满足锁骨在透视下闭合复位,具有微创、手术时间短等优点。弹性髓内固定可适应锁骨呈"S"型,使固定稳定、骨膜剥离少、骨折愈合快等优点。是锁骨骨折治疗的一种较好的方法。 Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of elastic intramedullary nails in treating clavicle fractures.Methods The approaches of minimally invasive surgery,X-ray-aided occlusive reduction and internal fixation with elastic intramedullary nails were employed in treating 11 patients with Allman I clavicle thrypsis in the People's Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Results The average follow-up period was 8 months(range 5 months to 16 months).All 11 cases got bony union without pains and the physical functions satisfactorily restored as well.Conclusion Intramedullary fixation is so far the best option in biomechanics.The head of the elastic intramedullary nail,resembling the head of a hockey stick,can meet the requirements for X-ray-aided occlusive reduction,having the advantages of minimal invasion and shorter operating time.Meanwhile,the elastic intramedullary fixation can fit the "S" shape of the clavicle,with the advantages of secure fixation,less peeling of periostea,and more rapid healing.In conclusion,the application of elastic intramedullary nails is a better approach to treat clavicle fracture.
