股骨转子间骨折不同固定方式的临床疗效 被引量:6

摘要 手术治疗固定股骨转子间骨折的方法,根据骨折类型可行动力髋螺钉(dynamic hip screws,DHS)内固定(A组)、股骨近端髓内钉(proximal femoral nail,PFN)内固定(B组)和带空心钉锁定型股骨近端解剖钢板内固定(C组)。我院从2009年1月~2011年2月采用上述方法治疗股骨转子间骨折患者,报告如下。
