摘要
从液压油缸的基础设计理论出发,详细分析了两级油缸的设计规律,研究了安全系数、外负载、活塞杆运动速度、液压油流量等参数对多级油缸设计的影响,建立了两级油缸的最优化设计模型,并用Matlab软件结合工程设计实例对两级油缸优化模型进行了仿真计算,仿真结果验证了该优化模型的可行性和有效性。研究结论为提高多级油缸的设计水平和自动化程度提供了有力的技术保障。
A detailed analysis for twain-cylinder in the design was analyzed based on the basic design theory of hydraulic cylinder. The influences of the assurance factor, external load, piston velocity, hydraulic oil flow and other parameters on the twain-cylinder were studied. An optimizing design model of twain-cylinder was established. Based on Matlab software and engineering design example, the optimization model of twain-cylinder was verified. The results provide a strong technical support for improving the level of twain-cylinder design and automation.
