摘要 基于虚拟仪器技术和互相关原理,研制出一种新型喷气织机主喷嘴气流流速测量系统。该系统采用一种新的流速测量方法,即应用DAQ集成板卡完成上下游流动信号的采集,对它们进行互相关运算,采用优化算法计算渡越时间,间接测出流速,最后将处理结果传输给上位机。动态实验结果表明:该测试系统工作稳定可靠、灵敏度高、误差范围小。 A new airflow velocity measurement system of main nozzle in air-jet loom was designed based on virtual instrument technology and cross-correlation theory. A new velocity measurement method was used in this system, the up-stream and down-stream fluid flowing signals were sampled by DAQ integrated board and cross correlated operation to this samples were made, and the flow ve- locity was indirectly measured through calculating the transit time with optimization algorithm, the calculation results were transferred to the host computer. Dynamic experimental results show that the measurement system is working stably and reliably with high sensitiv- ity and small range of errors.
