摘要 针对目前我国铝锭生产线人工码垛的现状,应用可编程序控制器设计全自动铝锭码垛机。介绍码垛方式和码垛机工作原理,阐述控制系统的硬件、软件的开发,给出全面、详细的设计思路,探讨计层及翻锭程序。使用结果表明:该机可完全替代人工码垛,从而大大降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了劳动生产率,同时码垛质量提高,杜绝了散包现象。 According to the present situation of hand palletizing on the aluminum ingot production line, an automatic aluminum ingot stacker was designed by applying programmable logic controller. Palletizing method and working principle of the aluminum ingot stacker were introduced. The completed and detailed idea of the automatic aluminum ingot stacker including hardware and software de- sign was expounded. The program of counting- layer and turning ingot was investigated. The result shows that this machine can be used to replace the hand palletizing, thus the labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced and productivity is raised. At the same time, the quality of palletizing is improved, so the ingot packer fallout phenomenon is avoided.
