摘要 急性心肌梗死(AMI)是临床常见的死亡原因。最新资料显示,美国每年因AMI死亡人数达20~25万,全世界每年因心脏猝死的人数达400~500万[1]。而及时明确诊断,给予纤溶治疗、冠状旁路移植或皮下冠状动脉介入治疗,可大大降低死亡率。心电图改变是诊断心肌梗死(MI)的强有力证据之一,而其对于非ST抬高型、非Q波型、
