低碳城市内涵及建设路径研究

Research on the Construction of Low Carbon Cities

气候变暖和能源危机已成为国际社会普遍关注的重大问题。低碳经济理念在这种背景下应运而生。城市是能源消费和温室气体排放的主要单元,建设低碳城市是实现低碳社会的关键。本文以低碳城市为主要研究对象,阐述低碳城市的理论内涵,从低碳经济视角分析城市发展现状及存在问题,提出从普及低碳理念入手,调整产业和能源结构,提倡建筑节能,发展低碳交通体系,实现城市的低碳化。

Climate change and energy crisis have become a hot idea in the world.The concept of low-carbon economy emerged in this case.City is the main unit of energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions,and the development of low-carbon city is the key to achieve low-carbon society.In this paper,firstly,we are concerned on the theoretical content of low-carbon city.Secondly,we make analysis on the problems of urban from the perspective of low-carbon economy.In order to development carbon city,we should make people know the idea of low-carbon economy and adjust the industrial and energy structure,promot building energy efficiency,development low-carbon transport system.Then,we can achieve the city＇s low-carbon technology.
