摘要
在分析纺织企业技术创新因素的层次结构以及量化评价中的不确定性的基础上,设计了随机层次分析法(SAHP)来对其技术创新能力进行评价。在随机层次分析法中,将专家咨询法过程中的不确定性描述为随机变量,得到随机判断矩阵。进而应用随机模拟方法确定随机判断矩阵中元素的估计值。针对3家纺织企业建立技术创新评价指标体系,而后运用随机层次分析法对其技术创新能力进行评价,由评价结果分析影响各纺织企业技术创新能力的主要因素,进而提出改进的建议。
After analyzing the hierarchy structure of textile enterprise's technology innovation factors and the uncertainty in its quantitative evaluation,a Stochastic Analytic Hierarchy Process(SAHP)is designed to evaluate textile enterprise's technology innovation.In SAHP,the uncertainties in the process of expert consultative method are described by random variables,and a random judgment matrix is built,in which the stochastic simulation method is applied to estimate the value of the elements.Based on the technology innovation evaluation index system,the SAHP is applied to three textile enterprises.From the results of evaluation,the major impact factors on the textile enterprise's technology innovation are analyzed and the suggestions for improvement are given.
