虚拟强度指数法钻井新方法的研究与应用 被引量:11

摘要 针对影响钻井速度的各种不同钻井参数,提出了利用虚拟强度指数法对钻井参数进行优化的新方法。通过建立虚拟强度指数优化的数学模型,利用现场录井对实际钻井参数时时采集的数据,经过专用软件计算得出虚拟强度指数法曲线,钻井操作人员根据该曲线变化情况及时对钻井参数进行优化和调整,确保钻头一直处于最佳破岩状态。虚拟强度指数法消除了人为的影响因素,使参数优化结果更为准确。经过现场多口井的试验应用,虚拟强度指数法能有效分析判断井下钻头的工作状况,根据钻井速度的变化来调整钻井参数,提高了钻头破岩效率,实现了提高钻井速度的目的。 According to the different drilling parameters which can influence the drilling speed,a new drilling method that utilize the virtual strength index(VSI) to optimize the drilling parameters was proposed.First,a mathematic model for optimizing the virtual intensity index was established,then the VSI curve was obtained by collecting the real-time drilling data.According to the variation condition of the VSI curve,the drilling operators could adjust the drilling parameters in good time to ensure the drill bit always been a best rock breaking state.The man-made factors were eliminated by the VSI,so the optimization result of drilling parameter became more accurate.Through field application,the condition of the drill bit could be estimated effectively by VSI method,the drilling parameters were adjusted according to the change of drilling speed,and the rock breaking efficiency of the drilling bit was also improved,thus the drilling speed was improved.
