水力喷射酸压技术在轮南碳酸盐岩水平井中的应用 被引量:15

摘要 塔里木碳酸盐岩储层水平井采用封隔器分段改造分段数受到限制,在一定程度上制约改造效果。文章介绍一种通过井口的带压装置来操作,只需上提完井管柱即可完成多层改造的水力射孔酸压作业的技术。该技术不需要连续油管,在完井管柱底部接好喷射工具组合,再利用油管短节来精确定位需要改造的层位,喷嘴定位可以尽可能地选择孔、洞、缝发育点,从下到上逐层施工。此项技术在在塔里木油田轮古701-H1井中首次应用,取得了良好的效果,该井改造后用5mm油嘴定产,油压为13.5MPa,日产油达到125m3,与同区块内轮古2-H1井采用裸眼封隔器+滑套分段酸压相比,产量提高明显。 Multistage stimulation have been limited because of the packer in horizontal well of Tarim carbonate formation,which have clearly affected treatment effectiveness.A new hydraulic jetting and acid fracturing technology was developed,the technique only need pull up completion string to complete the full multistage treatment by wellhead apparatus which can sustain high pressure.In this technique,coiled tubing wasn't used,jet tools were fixed at the bottom of the completion string and tubing pup joints were used to locate the converted horizon accurately,nozzle location was chosen in the zone full of channels,vug and fractures to operate from down to up.This technique has been used successfully in the Lungu701-H1 well of Tarim oilfield,after stimulation,the production of this well reached to 125 m3 per day under 5 millimeter choke and oil pressure was 13.5MPa.The production increased apparently comparing with Lungu2-H1well which located in the same area and was multistage acid fracturing by using the packer.
