摘要
供电和信号上传系统是BH-VDT5000垂直钻井系统的重要组成部分,担负着为整个系统供电和接收脉冲触发信号,并发射脉冲的使命。研究人员根据原垂直钻井系统在供电和信号上传方面存在的问题,从电路和机械设计两方面着手研究,经历了近4年的时间,经过反复的设计、试验,终于在2010年研发、制造出了有自主知识产权的新型供电和信号上传系统,并顺利通过了室内和现场测试。到目前为止,在塔里木油田的克深3和克深203井进行了876.68h的现场应用,供电和信号传输稳定,现场应用获得成功,证明了新型供电和信号上传系统能够满足BH-VDT5000垂直钻井系统的需要。
The power supply and signal transmitting system is an important part of the BH-VDT5000 vertical drilling system,it is used for supplying energy for the entire system and receiving and sending pulse signal by mud.Based on the problems existent in the original system,the research on the electric circuit and mechanical design was carried out,and a new power supply and signal transmitting system was finally developed and successfully tested.The new system has been used for 876.68 hours in well Keshen3 and Keshen203,Tarim oilfield.The system worked very well in field application and it met the technical requirements of BH-VDT5000 vertical drilling system.
