稳定性对水泥浆过渡时间的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了探索稳定性对水泥浆过渡时间的影响规律,采用静胶凝强度/超声波抗压强度分析仪、高温高压油井水泥浆凝结仪和高温高压稠化仪研究了水泥浆在相同条件下的静、动态凝结特性。研究表明,浆体稳定性越好,水泥水化速度越快,初凝和终凝时间、初终凝过渡时间、静胶凝强度过渡时间越短,水泥浆凝固后体积收缩率越小;水泥浆的高温高压稠化过渡时间短并不代表静胶凝强度过渡时间短,动态条件下的稠化过渡时间与静态条件下的静胶凝强度过渡时间并不等价。 In order to research the effect of stability on slurry transition time,the static gel strength/ultrasonic compressive strength analyzer,HTHP slurry setting instrument and HTHP consistometer have been used to research static and dynamic characteristic of slurry at same condition.It showed that,the better the stability of slurry,the quicker the hydration velocity of cement,and the shorter the initial set and final set time,transition time of initial and final set,transition time of static gel strength,the smaller the shrinkage volume after set.The short HPHT thickening transition time doesn't represent the transition time of static gel strength is short,the thickening time at dynamic condition is not equal to the transition time of static gel strength at static condition.
