摘要
探讨了2级、3级热量表计量相对误差限、阻力的计算。结合实例,对建筑物热力入口DN 100 mm管道可选用的不同等级不同规格热量表在设计流量下的实际计量误差、阻力进行了计算。分析了热量表等级、公称直径对实际计量误差的影响,安装热量表引起的阻力小于CJJ128—2007《热量表》的限定值。
The calculation of relative measurement error limit and resistance for calorimeters of grades two and three is discussed. The actual measurement error and resistance of calorimeters with different grades and specifications used for DN 100 mm piping at thermal entrance of building are calculated with an actual project. The influence of the grade and nominal diameter of calorimeters on the actual measurement error is analyzed. The resistance caused by calorimeter installation is less than the limit val- ue specified in Calorimeters (CJJ 128 -2007).
