在以辩论为主要特点的法庭交互过程中,各方参与人都有确定的态度指向,包括共同追究、单方追究、共同放弃、单方放弃、共同回避和单方回避,直接影响着法庭交互的方向、内容和质量。各方态度指向的具体实现取决于对法庭信息的即时处理。交互中的态度指向、社会关系、信息处理策略、信息处理手段等是信息处理分析模式的主要构成部分。

In courtroom interaction characterized by argumentation,all participants have clear objectives to achieve.Such objectives as co-pursuance,uni-pursuance,co-abandonment,uni-abandonment,co-evasion and uni-evasion have a decisive impact on the direction,content and quality of the interaction.The realization of the objectives depends upon the immediate processing of the courtroom information.Together with these objectives,social relations of the participants,strategies and linguistic devices are the components comprising the model for analyzing courtroom information processing.
