摘要
选取山东和江苏地区广泛种植的甘薯品种(济薯21、济薯23、徐薯28和胜利百号)进行苗期耐盐性鉴定试验,以期选出适宜黄河三角洲盐碱地种植的甘薯品种。本试验对0、150 mmol/L NaCl处理下的上述4个甘薯品种的幼苗黄叶率、植株死亡率、盐害率、盐害指数、干鲜重、生长量和叶面积等指标进行了分析。在上述4个品种中,济薯21幼苗的黄叶率、植株死亡率、盐害率和盐害指数均低于其他3个品种,是受盐胁迫影响最小的品种,而胜利百号所有指标均高于其他3个品种,是受盐胁迫影响最大的品种。与各自对照相比,济薯21的整株鲜重、整株干重、相对生长量和第三叶位叶面积均为4个品种中最大。因此济薯21是最耐盐品种,而胜利百号为盐敏感品种;4个品种的耐盐性:济薯21﹥济薯23﹥徐薯28﹥胜利百号。
In order to screen varieties suitable to cultivation in saline soil of Yellow River Delta,four sweet potato cultivars from Shandong and Jiangsu province were used to examine the salt tolerance of their seedlings.The yellow leaf rate,death rate,salt injury rate,salt injury index,fresh and dry weight,relative growth increment and leaf area of seedlings were determined under 0 mmol/L and 150 mmol/L NaCl.The results showed that the yellow leaf rate,the death rate,the salt injury rate and the salt injury index of Jishu 21 were significantly lower,while those of Shenglibaihao were higher than those of the other cultivars after treated with 150 mmol/L NaCl.Moreover,the fresh and dry weight,the relative growth increment,the area of the third leaf of Jishu 21 were the largest under 150 mmol/L NaCl compared with the control.In a word,Jishu 21 had the best salinity tolerance,while Shenglibaihao had the worst.The salinity tolerance of the four varieties was in the order of Jishu 21 Jishu 23 Xushu 28 Shenglibaihao.
