摘要
为获取聚氨酯泡沫保温对冻结温度场分布的影响规律,采用ANSYS有限元软件和现场实测手段分别对保温和未保温冻结管外侧土体温度场进行了分析。结果表明:对冻结管采取聚氨酯泡沫保温后,最大温度梯度位于保温层,冻结管外土体温度为正,无相变发生;未保温冻结管外2.4 m范围内土体发生相变。聚氨酯泡沫保温技术可节约大量冷量。
To get the freeze temperature distribution law of polyurethane heat preservation,the finite element software ANSYS and in-situ measurement were taken to analyze the soil temperature field outside the insulated pipes as well as the uninsulated pipes. It can be con- eluded that after the freezing pipes insulated by polyurethane, the largest temperature gradient appears in the insulation layer, and that the temperature keeps zero above without phase change while phase change occurs 2.4 m around the uninsulated pipes. The polyure- thane insulation can save amounts of cold energy.
