摘要
为了达到获得较大利益、花费较低成本、承担较小风险的目的,针对燃煤供应商选择问题,提出了一种基于网络层次分析法和理想点法相结合的燃煤供应商选择方法。首先构建了包含4个一级指标、12个二级指标的燃煤供应商选择的评价指标体系,并分析了指标间的相互关系,建立了燃煤供应商选择的网络结构模型,采用网络层次分析法建立了网络评估模型,并运用Super Decision软件进行计算,得到各指标的权重。由于ANP方法主观依赖性较强,故采用TOPSIS法进行改进,最后以聊城电厂的燃煤供应商选择为实例进行分析,结果表明基于ANP/TOPSIS的燃煤供应商优化选择模型是有效的。
In order to obtain larger interests,lower cost and bear less risk,the optimal selection model of coal supplier is developed by combining analytic network process(ANP) and the technique for order preference by similar to ideal solution(TOPSIS) as to the selection of coal suppliers.The evaluation index system for the selection of coal suppliers that contains 4 first-order indexes and 12 second-order indexes is proposed firstly.Then the relationships between the indicators are analyzed,and the network structure model for the selection of coal suppliers is built.In addition,the network evaluation model is setup by ANP method,and the weight of each index is obtained by Super Decision software.Furthermore,the ANP method is improved by TOPSIS approach because of its strong subjective dependence.In the end,an optimal selection model of Liaocheng power plant is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
