654-2与黄芪治疗早期糖尿病肾病

The clinical effect of diabetes mellitus nonage nephropathy treated with 654-2 and astragaulus membranaceus

目的观察654-2与黄芪(astragaulus membranaceus)治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DMN)的临床疗效。方法住院早期糖尿病肾病患者175例,随机分为治疗组(88例)和对照组(87例),两组均用西医常规处理,治疗组同时加用654-2与黄芪,疗程3周,并分别测定两组治疗前后24h尿清蛋白排出量(UAE)、血肌酐(Cr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)。结果治疗组治疗后UAE有明显改善(P<0.01),且优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 654-2与黄芪治疗早期糖尿病肾病有较好的疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of a combined treatment using 654-2 and astragaulus membranaceus on Diabetes mellitus nonage nephropathy.Methods 175 Inpatients with Diabetes mellitus nonage nephropathy were chosen,who were randomly divided into treatment group（88 cases） and control group（87 cases）,both on westerns conventional treatment,simultaneously,add 654-2 and astragaulus membranaceus on treatment group,and the treated program lasted 3 weeks.Determined UAE、Cr、BUN、HbA1c on the two groups before and after treatment respectively.Results The UAE of treatment group has significantly improved after treatment（P0.01）,and better than control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Diabetes mellitus nonage nephropathy treated with 654-2 and astragaulus membranaceus have a better curative effect.
