65例异位妊娠保守治疗的临床观察

The clinical observation of expectant treatment in 65 cases of ectopic pregnancy

目的比较MTX单独用药及MTX加米非司酮联合用药治疗异位妊娠疗效的差异。方法 65例确诊为异位妊娠患者,对照组30例和观察组35例。对照组给予MTX单次肌肉注射,观察组给予MTX单次肌肉注射并口服米非司酮50mg,q12h共3d,定期测定血β-hCG及B超,对用药后疗效进行分析比较。结果对照组成功率73.3%,观察组成功率91.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MTX联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠是一种简单、安全、有效的治疗方法,更适合于年轻、有生育要求的患者。

Objective To compare the differences between MTX used alone and in combination with Mifepristone in the case of Ectopic Pregnancy.Methods 65 patients with Ectopic Pregnancy were divided（randomly） into control group（n=30） and observation group（n=35）.control group was treated with a sigle instramuscular injection against MIX,while observation group took additional mifepristone orally by 50mg,q12h/d for 3 days on the basis of the therapy as control Group.By the blood in of serumhuman ehorionic gonadotropin（β-HCG） rugular etermination and Doppler flow imaging,made analysis and comparation on the therapeutic effect of both grops.Results The success rate of control group was 73.3% while observation group was 91.4%.And there was significant difference between this 2 groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Using MIX combined with Mifepristone is a simple,safe and effective treatment for case of Ectopic Pregnancy.It is more suitable for young patients who want to have children.
