摘要
目的总结单侧额下入路切除嗅沟脑膜瘤的手术治疗经验。方法回顾性分析我科2004～2011年间24例采用单侧额下入路切除嗅沟脑膜瘤患者的临床资料。结果肿瘤SimpsonⅠ级切除15例,SimpsonⅡ级切除9例,无手术死亡。结论对于嗅沟脑膜瘤采用单侧额下入路切除符合微侵袭的观念,可以提供足够的空间,满足不同大小、生长方向嗅沟脑膜瘤切除的需要。
Objective To summarize the experience of operative method to treat the olfactory groove meningiomas.Methods The clinical data of 24 patients with olfactory groove meningiomas treated by microsurgery through unilateral sub-frontal approach from 2004 to 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Results 15 cases were Simpson grade tumor resection,9 cases were Simpson Ⅱ grade tumor resection,no operative mortality.Conclusion Unilateral sub-frontal approach is a minimally invasive technique,which provide enough surgical space and meet the resection need of different olfactory groove meningioma in size and growth direction.
