摘要 目的通过研究系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血淋巴细胞CR1(PBLCR1)的表达,探讨PBLCR1在SLE疾病的发生、发展及诊断、治疗和疗效观察中的临床价值和意义。方法对临床确诊的106例SLE患者和78例健康体检者进行PBLCR1活性检测及PBLCR1分子的定量测定。结果健康组PBLCR1活性及PBLCR1分子数量明显高于系统性红斑狼疮患者,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);SLEDAI>10分者(活动期)PBLCR1表达水平较SLEDAI<10分者(稳定期)低(P<0.05),且与SLEDAI评分呈负相关(r=-0.582,P<0.05)。结论系统性红斑狼疮患者PBLCR1表达降低,且非活动期患者PBLCR1活性及PBLCR1分子数量高于活动期患者,提示PBLCR1表达与SLE病情发生及发展相关。PBLCR1活性及PBLCR1分子定量检测对SLE的诊断治疗及疗效观察具有重要的临床价值。 Objective By studying systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) peripheral blood lymphocytes CR1(PBLCR1) the expression of PBLCR1 in SLE disease development,diagnosis,treatment and efficacy of the clinical value and significance.Methods 106 cases of clinically diagnosed SLE patients and 78 healthy subjects were PBLCR1 activity detection and quantitative determination of molecules PBLCR1.Results PBLCR1 activity and PBLCR1 healthy group was significantly higher than the number of molecules in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus,significant differences between the two groups(P0.01);SLEDAI 10 points are(active) PBLCR1 expression levels of SLEDAI 10 points are(stable) Lower(P0.05),and negatively correlated with the SLEDAI score(r=-0.582,P0.05).Conclusion Decreased expression of systemic lupus erythematosus PBLCR1,and the non-active patients PBLCR1 activity and higher than the number of active molecules PBLCR1 patients,suggesting that the expression of SLE disease PBLCR1 the occurrence and development related.PBLCR1 activity and PBLCR1 quantitative detection of molecular diagnosis and treatment of SLE and its clinical efficacy has important clinical value.
