碎裂电位在房颤射频消融中的应用及研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 维持和恢复窦性心律是房颤治疗的优先选择。除药物治疗外,射频消融日益成为房颤治疗的重要手段。由于房颤发生机制不清楚,很多电生理指标难以量化,使其成为制约房颤消融成功率的瓶颈。通过对房颤机制的研究,逐渐出现了环肺静脉电隔离、
