复方利多卡因乳膏对缓解面部扁平疣皮损内注射疼痛效果的评价及护理

The efficacy of compound lidocaine cream in relieving the pain during injection intralesionally on facial verruca planae

目的探讨局部涂抹复方利多卡因乳膏对缓解皮损内注射治疗面部扁平疣的疼痛效果及护理方法。方法采用自身前后对照研究的方法,对38例面部扁平疣患者进行皮损内注射时采取不同方法:对照组不镇痛,常规消毒后进行皮损内注射;试验组在穿刺前60min给予复方利多卡因乳膏涂抹后密闭封包。两组均在治疗后使用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)和自我感觉评价法评定疼痛程度,并进行比较。结果试验组VAS评分为(53.50±9.74)分,与对照组(91.89±4.11)分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),试验组疼痛程度明显缓解,其疼痛缓解有效率为92.11%。结论复方利多卡因乳膏可明显缓解皮损内注射时的疼痛,值得在临床推广。

Objective Aim of this study is to investigate the efficacy of compound lidocaine cream in relieving the pain during injection intralesionally on facial verruca planae and to research the nurse approach.Methods Thirty-eight patients with facial verruca planae treated with injection intralesionally by different methods were studied by before and after self control study.In the control group,analgesia for the lesions was not processed before injection intralesionally,while lesions were treated with seal packet compound lidocaine cream 60 minutes before injection.The degree of pain in two groups was investigated by visual analogue scale（VAS） and self-sensation scale.Results The score of VAS（53.5±9.74）in study group was significantly lower than that in control group（91.89±4.11）（P0.001）.This suggests that the degree of pain in study group was obviously reduced.The efficacy rate was 92.11%.Conclusion Compound lidocaine cream could significantly relieve the pain in injection intralesionally.It is worthy to spread the method in the clinical treatment of facial verruca planae.
