医院焦虑抑郁量表在健康体检中心应用的信度和效度研究

The study on reliability and validity of hospital anxiety and depression scale among physical examination people

目的验证医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)的信度和效度,探讨其在健康体检中心的适用性。方法对随机抽取的健康体检者进行医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)自填式问卷调查,采用验证性因子分析方法判断量表的结构效度,Cronbach's系数考核量表的信度。结果因子分析证实HADS存在焦虑和抑郁两个内在因子,与原作者的结构模型不同的是,焦虑分量表中的反向条目和抑郁分量表中的正向条目在原分量表中因子负荷变小。信度分析表明焦虑、抑郁分量表的系数分别为0.71、0.67,HADS表总的Cronbach's系数为0.785。结论中文版HADS有较好的信度和效度,可作为健康体检中心筛查焦虑、抑郁的心理评估量表。

Objective To validate the reliability and validity of hospital anxeity and depression scale among physical examination people.Methods Pysical examination persons between May and June of 2011were chosed,and we surveyed them through HADS,factor analysis was used to evaluate the structural validity,and Cronbach＇s was used to evaluate the reliability.Results There were two factors including anxiety and depression in HADS,the factor load of reverse question in anxiety scale and positive questions in depression scale became smaller.Cronbach＇s of anxiety scale and depression scale was 0.71、0.67 respectively,Cronbach＇s of HADS was 0.785.Conclusion The reliability and validity of HADS showed well,it can be the sceening anxeity and depression tool among physical examination people.
