加强骨科护士分层次培养,促进护理质量可持续发展

Strengthen orthopaedic nurses multi-level training,to promote nursing quality and sustainable development

目的提高骨科护士总体素质,提高护理质量,增加患者满意度。方法根据护理部制定的"三基三严"培训方案并结合我科实际情况采取分层次培养,选拔合适的护士在不同的岗位上工作,调动护士的积极性,优化护理人力资源配置。结果我科护士通过五年的培训,从中脱颖而出一批优秀的护理骨干,护士整体素养、护理质量都上了一个新台阶。结论严格护士的"三基三严"培训,加强分层次培养,不仅提高了护士的综合素质,也培养出了一批优秀的护理人才,促进了医院护理工作的发展。

Objective To improve the whole quality of orthopaedics department nurses and care,as well as gain the satisfaction of patients.Methods Hierarchical training was carried on according to the ＂three basic and strict principles＂ made by the nursing department.Suitable nurses were selected in different working positions.And this kind of implementation aims at mobilizing the enthusiasm of the nurses,as well as optimizing the human resources of nursing.Results After five-year training,a number of excellent nurses appear in our department,and also.The whole nursing qualities reach a new higher stage.Conclusion The ＂three basic and strict principles＂ enforce the hierarchical training of nursing in orthopaedics department,improve the comprehensive quality of nurses as well as promote the whole nursing quality of our hospital.
