摘要
通过问卷调查、文献资料和数理统计等研究方法,对浙江省高校教师体育锻炼的现状进行研究。结果发现:浙江省高校教师参加体育锻炼的人数较少,活动时间大多少于30min;在体育锻炼的项目以及场所的选择方面带有明显的年龄和性别特征;他们参加体育锻炼的动机呈多样化状态;工作繁忙是影响高校教师参与体育锻炼的最主要因素。
This paper made a survey and analysis of the university teachers＇ physical exercise in Zhejiang province by employing quest ionnaire,documentary records and mathematics stat is tics.We find that less teachers take part in physical exercise and activity time mostly in less than 30 minutes.there are clear sex characteristics in choosing exercise items,forms and places;the key factors that affect their physical exercise are that they are busy with work and house work,so there is no time for them to do sports and they themselves do not like doing sports.
