Research on Difficult Act of Jumping in Modern Competitive Wushu Routine

采用文献资料法和逻辑推理法对目前跳跃类难度动作的研究现状进行分析,整理归纳得出现阶段大量武术研究人员主要通过科学的仪器和个案研究的方法对提高跳跃类难度动作稳定性和质量进行研究,对跳跃类难度动作演练水平方面的研究鲜少。

By studying the documentary and using logical analysis,this paper makes analysis on difficult act of jumping,and makes conclusion that today＇s Wushu researchers usually make researches by using modern equipments and case study methods on the stability and quality of difficult act of jumping,while few researches focus on the performance skill of difficult act of jumping.
