摘要
工程项目的承包是企业生产经营活动的重要组成部分。加强承包商的安全管理是参与市场竞争的必要条件,也是实现自身经济利益和维护自身形象的需要,更是落实安全生产法规的重要举措。在安全管理过程中必须做到三点:一是完善管理制度,夯实管理基础;二是加强施工安全监督,强化安全责任;三是强化员工培训,加强用工管理。
Construction project contracting plays an important role in the operating and producing links of a company. It's imperative to stepping up the safety management of contractors so as to beef up a company's competitiveness, achieve economic benefits, defend brand images and implement safe production regulations. This paper offers three tips for good safety managing: first is to improve management system; second is to reinforce safety supervision and accountability; last is to put more focus on employee training and management.
