执行力存在于组织生存与发展的全过程,如何提升执行力,推进组织目标任务实现,是各级组织和领导必须认真思考、认知、把握和运用的课题。本文通过对执行力的理性思考和现状分析,提出组织在提升执行力中的基本途径。

Executive ability occurs in the whole process of survival and development of the organization. How to promote it to help the organization achieve its target tasks is the key issue the organizations and leaders at all levels must ponder deeply, hold and exercise. This paper presents the essential ways for the organizations to promote their executive ability on the basis of rational thinking and analysis of existing conditions of executive ability.
