摘要
企业文化落地是实现企业文化从理念贯穿于经营管理的过程,创新是实现文化落地的方式之一,对于实现企业文化落地意义重大。为提高企业文化顺利实现落地,从企业文化落地的概念着手,提出以观念创新、管理创新、技术创新、制度创新来实现企业文化内化于心、外化于形、强化于本、固化于制,从而实现企业文化落地生根,以促进企业绩效的提升。
The establishment of enterprise culture is the process during which the culture has finished the Penetration of its idea into operating management. Innovation is one of ways to achieve the cultural establishment and significant to realize a solid establishment of enterprise culture. For this goal, the author proposes, starting from its concept and through innovation in sense, management, technology and system, realizing the enterprise culture which has a popular connotation, a proper form, a strong essence as well as a firm system. A solid establishment of enterprise culture will promote enterprise performance.
