The work of dynamic analysis of staff thought is a vital part of ideological and political work and also an effective form for its solid establishment in enterprise. In recent years, oilfield labor union has made a positive contribution in maintaining staff stability ideologically, team and enterprise stability through making full use of its own feature and advantage of close relation with the staff and setting up the dynamic analysis system in the union system of the administration to accurately hold staff＇s thought pulse, timely conciliate conflict and straighten out their mood, and urge the labor unions at all levels to solve hot problems.
