关于建立职工心理危机干预机制的几点思考

摘要 当人在外部环境发生改变或内部心理压力承受能力不足以应对产生的困难时,都会出现一定的心理危机。根据职工心理危机产生的成因不同而建立相应的干预机制,不仅有利于缓解和消除心理危机带来的各种潜在威胁和不良后果,而且有利于职工队伍的持续和谐稳定。 Each one is likely to have a certain mental crisis when he is lack of ability enough to cope with difficulties because of the change of external environment or the lack of psychological stress tolerance. The establishment of relevant intervention mechanism based on different factors leading to staff's mental crisis not only helps to relieve and remove potential threats and negative effects caused by mental crisis, but also helps to keep the harmonious stability of staff members.
