做好后勤服务工作初探

摘要 后勤服务工作具有易做性、难做性和重要性的特点。完善后勤服务体系,后勤服务人员必须增强大局意识、服务意识和创新意识。要健全完善后勤服务工作管理制度,就必须明确各岗位的职责,使职工按职责办事;建立规范的考核机制,把考核结果与职工自身的奖励、使用、提拔结合起来;建立奖惩制、责任制,激发职工的竞争意识;在制度制定上,要紧密结合本单位实际,具有合理性和可操作性,并且干部要带头以身作则、率先垂范,严格遵守各项规章制度,严格按规章制度办事,做到廉洁自律、办事公道。后勤服务人员要提供优质服务,就必须把工作变零散为规范、变被动为主动、变过得去为过得硬。 Logistics service work is important. It is easy to do, but sometimes it is difficult to do. In order to perfect logistics service system, the service staff must strengthen their overall awareness, service awareness as well as innovative awareness. To put its management system in place, each job responsibility must be clear so that the staff can work according to it; it is necessary to create a standard assessment mechanism to combine the assessment results with staff's reward, employment and promotion; reward--penalty system and responsibility system must be set up to stir up the staff's competitive spirit; the regulation must have a close tie with practical situation to ensure its rationality and operability, furthermore, the leaders must set themselves an example to others in strict performance of the regulation and be self--discipline and fair and just in handling affairs. To offer a good service, the service staff must make their work standard, initiative and perfect.
