摘要
目的研究荷叶醇提物对脑缺血再灌注小鼠的抗氧化作用及机制。方法 50只昆明种小鼠分为5组,即模型组,假手术组,给药组分为荷叶醇提物30,60,120 mg/kg 3组。灌胃给药,每日1次,连续5 d,模型对照组和假手术组给予等体积生理盐水。测定血清过氧化氢酶活性,HE染色观察脑组织病理形态学变化。结果模型组与假手术组比较,缺血再灌注后动物脑组织中过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性降低,给药组使用荷叶醇提物后,CAT活性较模型组提高,但仍低于假手术组。结论荷叶醇提物能减轻小鼠脑缺血的再灌注损伤。
Objective To research the antioxidation of ethanol extraction of lotus leaf in mice with cerebral ischemia reperfusion and the mechanism.Methods Fifty adult mice were randomly divided into five groups of the model group,sham operation group and three drug groups(30 mg/ kg,60 mg/ kg,120 mg /kg of ethanol extraction of lotus leaf,respectively).The mice in drug groups were given by lavage once a day for five consecutive days.Accordingly,the mice in the model group and sham operation group were treated with equal volume of normal saline.The activity of CAT in serum was determined and the pathomorphological change in brain tissue was observed.Results Compared with the sham operation group,the activity of CAT in brain tissue in mice with cerebral ischemia reperfusion decreased in the model group and drug groups,while the activity of CAT in drug groups was higher than model group.Conclusion Ethanol extraction of lotus leaf can cut down the cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in mice.
