摘要 以TLJ900型架桥机为监测对象,设计了一套基于GPRS的远程监测系统。该系统由机载可编程控制器(PLC)、无线传输模块GPRS DTU以及远程监控中心的服务器等组成;其中,PLC在完成架桥机整个工作过程主控功能的基础上,同时将采集的钢结构应变、支腿倾角等信息通过GPRS DTU模块上传给远程监控中心服务器,在服务器端实现数据实时显示、数据分类存储、历史数据查询等功能。实验结果表明,该系统达到了架桥机的远程安全监测设计目标,此系统可为架桥机远程故障诊断和维修提供技术保障。 With type-TLJ900 bridge-erectors as monitoring objects,a GPRS-based remote monitoring system is designed.The system consists of the airborne programmable controller(PLC),the wireless transmitting module GPRS DTU and the server of the remote monitoring center.Upon the basis of performing the main control functions over the the whole working process of the bridge-erector,the PLC obtains the information on the strain of the steel structure and the angle of the outrigger at the same time,and then sends all the data to the remote monitoring center server by the GPRS DTU module,with the functions of displaying real-time data,classifying and storing data,and retrieving historical data in and from the server,etc.realized.The experimental results show that this system reaches the design goals for the remote security monitoring system for bridge-erectors,and provides the technical support for the remote diagnosis of failure of and the maintenance of bridge-erectors.
