摘要
依据曹妃甸一号路跨纳潮河大桥矮塔斜拉桥整个施工过程的索力测试工作,提出了采用振动频率法结合压力传感器标定的斜拉索索力测试方案。为保证测试索力值的可靠性,对斜拉索线密度和自由长度等参数进行修正。通过对施工过程中实测索力值与设计理论值进行对比分析,证明该方法具有简单可行、操作方便的特点,可以为该类型桥梁的索力测试工作提供参考。
With the cable tension test during the whole construction of the Kuanachaohe PC-extrados cable-stayed bridge of Road 1 in Caofeidian as a practical example,a test scheme for testing the strength of cables combining the vibration-frequency method with the test method of cable forces demarcated with pressure sensors is put forward in the paper.To ensure the reliability of the results of the force test of the cables,the parameters such as the string density of the cables,the free length,etc.are modified.Through the comparison between the measured values with those of the theoretical design,it is proved that this method is simple,practical and easy in operation,which provides a useful reference for the cable force test of this type of bridges.
