基于智能楼宇的电梯限速器检测系统的设计开发

摘要 对基于智能楼宇的电梯限速器检测系统进行了研究。结合智能楼宇的应用要求及电梯限速器的安全检测要求,设计了以STC89系列单片机为核心的智能型便携式限速器检测系统,并以Zig-Bee无线传感器网络依托GPRS网络的方式将检测数据传输至远程监控中心,实现对现场的有效控制和管理。经过现场测试,此系统可精确地检测限速器动作速度值。该远程监控系统具有通信可靠性高、结构简单、成本低廉等特点,因此研究此系统对实现电梯智能化具有重要意义。 The paper made a research to testing system of elevator speed-limited appliance based on intelligent building. Combined the applied requirement of intelligent building and the safety requirement of elevator speed limited appliance, designed a detecting system to intelligent portable speed limited appliance ,it used STC89C51 single chip as a core. The testing data was transferred to remote monitoring center by ZigBee wireless sensor network and GPRS network, realized effective control and management an the spot. By testing, the system can detect the moving speed of the speed-limited appliance accurately. The remote monitoring system has the advantages of reliable communication ,simple structure, cheap cost and so on, so making a research to this system has an important meaning for realizing intelligent elevator.
