局部缓释系统在感染性骨缺损中的应用 被引量:3

Local delivery systems for the treatment of infected bone defects

摘要 感染性骨缺损的治疗是临床一大难题。近年来,对于如何利用局部缓释系统同时进行抗感染和骨缺损修复的治疗成为研究热点。该文对局部缓释系统治疗感染性骨缺损的研究进展作一综述,并介绍影响治疗效果的各种因素如骨生长诱导因子、抗生素、载体材料及延长释放的方法等。 The treatments of infected bone defects are still a major clinical problem. In recent years, local delivery systems applied as anti-infection and bone repair material become a hot research topic. In this review,we discuss various influence factors such as osteoinductive growth factors, antibiotics, carrier material, extended release methods. We also introduce the recent progress in the development of local delivery system for the treatment of infected bone defects.
