巨大左心室的心脏瓣膜病患者围手术期护理

The perioperative nursing experience of valve replacement operation for the patients with giant left ventricle

目的探讨巨大左心室的心脏瓣膜病的护理经验。方法回顾性分析58例行瓣膜置换术的巨大左心室患者的临床资料。结果死亡8例,脱离体外循环失败1例,恶性心律失常3例,多脏器功能衰竭1例,低心排综合征1例,出血和心脏压塞1例,肝功能衰竭死亡1例。结论巨大左心室的心脏瓣膜病的围手术期护理具有特殊性。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing experience of valve replacement operation for the patients with giant left ventricle. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 58 cases of giant left ventricle treated by valve re- placement operation in our hospital. Results The 8 cases were failure,mainly due to postoperative multiple organ failure,severe low cardiac output syndrome and ventricular fibrillation. Conclusion The perioperative nursing of valve replacement operation for the patients with giant left ventricle is different from general heart valve replacement.
